They don’t have a separate tab with prices. Having browsed the site thoroughly, I noticed the approximate prices for their services. The services offered by a writer are given in packages. The cheapest package costs $1597 and includes resume, letters, LinkedIn completion and a strategy session. Also, you can order a simple resume at $597 and cover letter for $347. Not the cheapest quote, is it? However, I was ready to pay for quality, so I emailed them my old resume and asked for exact quote.
Details of order
I received a phone call the next day from a resume writer, and she said that because of my long experience a resume would cost me more than $597. I also got a link for payment. I forwarded my old resume and 3 job ads to the writer, and then we scheduled ½ hour coaching session. During this session the writer asked me some questions that were not clear from my resume. Actually, the process was pretty standard.
Quality of writing and support
After the phone consultation I was informed that the process of resume completion might take up to a week. I agreed with that, though it was much better if I could have my resume sooner. As for support, as it’s a website of one resume writer (or they say so), you can address everything to her email. In a week, however, I still didn’t have my resume.
Conclusion
I messaged the writer asking what was going on. They apologized for the situation and said that they needed one more day to finish with my resume. I wasn’t happy about the situation – a friend of mine ordered from this Site and didn’t tell me of any kind of delay, so I thought all the sites were responsible. The next day I finally got a resume, and yes, it was well-written and had a beautiful template. But, to be honest, I cannot say that the writer did something exceptional that a cheaper website couldn’t do.
